What We Are Looking For?

Due to the continuous growth of our company and our great plans for moving forward, we are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor - Lawyer to join our multinational team!

Main Responsibilities of the Legal Advisor - Lawyer:

Reviewing, amending, and drafting legal documents: preparing and overall parenting of agreements, bearing an internal and external impact alike while ensuring compliance with the respective legal framework, by way of safeguarding the company's interests.
Provide legal support on daily business-related legal issues.
Ensuring timely and proper fulfillment of assigned tasks in an efficient and financially adequate way so that the goals of the company are accordingly facilitated.
Representation before state authorities.
Keeping up with the necessary legislative and institutional framework in Greece and the European Union.
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant legal provisions associated with data protection.
