As an Engineer (Civil or Architect) you will be resposnible for managing, on behalf of our Company, the real estate projects and development.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervision of all construction projects on behalf of the company and their management in collaboration with the development department (preparation of budgets, supervision of purchase and receipt of materials and equipment, schedule control, etc. inside and outside Thessaloniki)
Coordination and supervision of workshops in renovation projects of houses and buildings (inside and outside Thessaloniki
Coordination and supervision of the document issuance process (town planning permits, arbitrary settlements, etc. where required)
Execution of technical studies and feasibility studies according to the respective technical specifications
Conduct on-site surveys and data analysis (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.)
Real estate market research for exploitation / development
