What We Are Looking For?
Due to the continuous growth of our company and our great plans for moving forward, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our multinational team!
Main Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:
- Enter financial transactions into the accounting system, such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and monitor tax payments.
- Write, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Process payments, reconcile accounts, and generate invoices.
- Mydata control and supplier and bank agreements.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
- Research, track and restore acconting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Conduct a final payroll check.
- Develop a weekly payment plan; execution and agreement.
- Inform the management and write reports (weekly and monthly) on activity areas.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
