Business Information

To get your Facebook Business Manager ID, you need to sign up at https://business.facebook.com/. Once signed up, this is how you can find this information:

  1. Go to Business Settings.
  2. Click Business Info.
  3. Below the Business Manager Info section you'll see your ID number.

This is how you should see your Facebook Business Manager ID

In case you don't have yet a Business Manager, this is how you can create it:

  1. Go to business.facebook.com.
  2. Click Create Account.
  3. Enter a name for your business, select the primary Page and enter your name and work email address
  4. Enter your information in the rest of the required fields.

Note: If you don't yet have a Page for your business, create one, as this is needed to setup your Facebook Business Account.

  • A WhatsApp verified account is always linked to a phone number.
  • If you’re currently using WhatsApp for your customer service, you’ll need to provide a new, valid number (you cannot reuse a phone number that’s already used for your WhatsApp registration).
  • The phone number must be owned by the company, and can be a landline, mobile phone, or toll-free (1-800) number.
  • If you’re already using WhatsApp Business app, you can migrate the same phone number to a WhatsApp Business Account. However, you cannot transfer the phone number used for a private WhatsApp account to a WABA

  • Provide the name as it will be displayed within WhatsApp for the End User.
  • It cannot be changed later.
  • Check the guideline and best practices for the display name.

(minimum 500px, x 500px, recommended 640px x 640px, max 5 MB. Image should be squared, otherwise it will be cropped by WhatsApp. If you cannot host the image on your own server you can upload it to a picture hosting service like imgur.com)

Define the webhook URLs for incoming messages and delivery notifications. Use the Postman call for setting the webhooks to help you design the form. Multiple webhooks  can be set for bundled (or single) notification types. Available events are

  4. MessageStatus::failed
  5. MessageStatus::channelFailed
  6. MessageStatus::deleted
  7. MoMessage

For a better clarification please follow the following example:

Webhook Url 1 --> 1,2,3,5

Webhook Url 2 --> 4,6

Webhook Url 3 --> 7,8,9,10, 11
