Senior Administrative Executive

 

The successful incumbent will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently in a well-organized and timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake tasks of operations’ department
  • Assist Legal department by undertaking several tasks
  • File organization/ Office archiving
  • Ensure all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently/ Monitor the procedures' compliance
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs to upper management
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 
  • Coordination of building works 
  • Assignment of secretarial tasks e.g. reception of clients and new colleagues, call center management
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Outdoor/external duties
  • Management of the company's car fleet
