  • Reply\send written quires of Greek customers (emails)
  • Zopim live chat Greek - English
  • Talk to Expert (Video Call) Greek - English
  • Customer care OTRS - Tickets\Assist clients on sales-services issue
  • Reply to inbound calls for product-price related tasks
  • Schedule meetings- Presentations to Clients
  • Prequalification Stage - Meeting Arrangement
  • CRM Administration
  • Contract coordination
  • Quotes' preparation to customers
