Due to the continuous growth of our company and our great plans for moving forward, we are looking to recruit a New Sales Operations Manager to join our international team.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving a company's business and increasing its revenue by supervising our worldwide growth sales team, building long-term client relationships, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Our ideal candidate should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.

The main responsibilities will be:

Provide daily coaching on a one to one and group level to the business developer team members..
Ensure the sales team achieves its goals on a daily level.
Provide the necessary training (product, procedure, sales methodology) to the team members
Follow a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts worldwide.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers when it is necessary
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and achieve improvements to our sales team abroad
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the upper management
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Participate in the recruiting process to select new business developers.
