Procurement Consultant - Prequalification Form

As a procurement consultant you will establish new partnerships worldwide, with new providers with the best terms and conditions and monitor the overall aspects (Technical and Financial) of the agreements, in order to maintain the higher possible level of quality of services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Search new providers worldwide, based on specific criteria provided by the Routing Sub-Department; communicate with them in order to gather and screen information, negotiate prices and terms of agreements
  • Continuous negotiation with providers in order to improve the terms of the contract, the profit margin and the quality of the services
  • Monitor the performance of each provider and act proactively to prevent any risk
  • Purchase, preparation / configuration, management of the company equipment that will be sent to foreign countries
  • Cost reporting and management
